Silica

Silica is excellent for laying down the matrix in the bone (so the bone gets stronger on the inside,  not just the outside).  This is very important in osteopenia / porous conditions.   I don't have the product that I suggest listed here due to internet viewability restrictions by the brand.  Please inquire and I will send you detailed information.   Dr. Hale
