Health Coach / Naturopathic Services TIER
New Policy for Health Coach Patients
This TIER offers a simplified approach compared to our standard full-service Concierge TIER.
Here’s what to expect with the Health Coach TIER:
Health Coach / Naturopathic Services MONTHLY PACKAGE PRICES
Monthly Package
- Cost: $125 per month for 2 hours of support (paid at the time of your 1st appointment)
- Includes:
- Email Correspondence: Main communication method.
- Phone Consultation: 30-45 minutes of phone support each month. (First consultation is one hour)
Additional Time
- If your support exceeds 2 hours in any given month, additional time is billed at $62.50 per hour.
- Any unused hours from your monthly package can roll over to the next month.
Documentation
- Time Tracking: Dr. Hale will provide a notation of the time spent for each phone/email consultation.
- Call Summaries: Phone consultations (by request) can be summarized to help you recall discussions.
- Suggestions: Recommendations will be shared via a Google Doc link.
Concierge Level Services
As a Concierge Level Practitioner with 40 years of training and expertise in various disciplines of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, I am dedicated to providing personalized support to help you navigate your health challenges effectively.
Fees
Rate: $200 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. (If the initial intake requires more than 2 hours, then the additional hours are billed at $100/hour or increment thereof)
- This rate applies to phone or Zoom consultations as well as detailed email correspondence that requires in-depth responses. (I provide confidential correspondence via a HIPPA compliant Google Doc link from my professional account)
Discount: Enjoy a discount on services if you actively purchase supplements from my site..

Lab Testing Services
- All lab tests are provided at my cost, unlike many concierge practices that mark up their functional labs.
- A 7% office administrative fee is charged.
- A $50 flat fee for lab review and consultation if the lab requires interpretation.
- I offer over 200 functional lab services.
Collection kits will be sent to you along with instructions. The old adage still holds true: "Good diagnosis leads to good treatment."
If a comprehensive lab review and consultation is required, this will be billed at:
- $100 for the first hour
- $62.50 for each additional hour
Bioenergetic Testing Services include Genius Insight, Zyto Link, Zyto Elite, Iridology by phone camera, and more in development
Genius Insight - Spectral Voice Imprint Testing:
- During a phone consultation with Dr. Hale, a 15-second spectral voice imprint is recorded and processed.
- A report of findings and an energetic sound treatment are provided, effective for one week.
- Basic session with report and sound/ frequency treatment: $100
- Ongoing Follow Up Tests $50 also provides sound treatment
- Note: Sound / Frequency Treatments Provided are good for one week
2. Zyto Link
Overview:
- The Zyto Link service uses your phone camera to record a short video of your face, utilizing a scientifically valid method known as "Transdermal Imaging."
Pricing:
- Basic Session: $100 (includes report of findings and supplement suggestions)
- Follow-Up Sessions: $75
