Once your account has been approved you can either login to place your order or call us to place your order.    

To properly complete your account approval in is appropriate to have a brief phone consultation wtih Dr. Hale.  

Once you have Registered, Filled Out the Wellness Questionnaire and had a phone conversation with Dr. Hale...you account will be approved (if it is appropriate to do so).  

Dr. Hale does not wish to be in  conflict with another practitioener.  As the old saying goes "you need to dance with the partner who brought you to the dance".  Dr. Hale is respectful of the local practitioner patient relationship.  However, he is happy in such cases to provide you with adjunctive wellness advice as is appropriate to do so.  Too many cooks in the kitchen can sometimes cause confusion.  Therapeutic clarity is of utmost importance meaning that you are clear about your protocol and products you are using. 

After you have filled out the Wellness Questionnaire, Dr. Hale will call you or either you can call him at 561-337-9435 for a brief complementary (free) consultation.  

 Please feel free to avail yourself of his 40 years of experience and expertise in a broad range of disciplines in the Complementary Alternative Medicine field.  

In regards to Apex products the expertise required is a background in  Functional Medicine and specifically in Apex's product formulation...both of which Dr. Hale has.
