Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - choose your product selection(s) carefully for this reason.

The exception to this policy is this:

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you will be accepted for return and replacement 7 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please contact the shipper and file a damage claim. Give us a call and we may be able to provide you with a discounted replacement product. Please contact us if this issue should arise and we will be glad to work with you. However, keep in mind that 99% of the time a damaged order is the fault of the shipper and not due to poor packaging or manufacturer defect. It is advised to take a picture of the damage.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns. We sell the highest quality professional brand supplements, herbs and homeopathic remedies. We do not sell old or expired products. We don't have a restocking policy for the following reason: it is not ethical to resell returned items. I don't believe our customers would appreciate receiving a returned product.
